Aerial equipment should be used safely and at your own risk. Once the making of any product has commenced, the measurements and colour choices cannot be altered. Once the equipment is dispatched from ourselves, the delivery company then hold responsibility for the product’s safe delivery to you. Therefore we recommend that insurance is purchased with the postage costs. If your equipment arrives with any damage to the packaging or item, we recommend to please take photos instantly and we can open a claim from the postage company.

We advise that you routinely inspect your equipment for any wear or tear which can occur over use. We recommend to check with a professional before rigging your equipment, please take into consideration the dangers of suspending yourself from any height without inspection first.

Returns Policy:

Due to the strict safety considerations with aerial equipment, our products may only be returned to us by fault of a manufacturing error and must be in unused condition. We ensure all of our products are made to an exceptionally high standard however if there is a manufacturing problem please do not use your item and contact us immediately.
