Aerial equipment should be used safely and at your own risk. Once the making of any of our products has commenced, the rope length and colour choices cannot be altered.

Damages

Once your completed Trapeze is dispatched from ourselves, the delivery company then hold responsibility for the product’s safe delivery to you. Therefore we recommend that insurance is purchased with the postage costs and we always ensure we ask which shipping method you would like to use when ordering your Trapeze.

If insurance is purchased with shipping, and if your Trapeze arrives with any damage to the packaging or Trapeze, we recommend to take photos instantly and we can then open a claim from the postage company.

When purchasing one of our products, you will assume all responsibility for your own safety. As a buyer you should understand and agree that the use of the equipment purchased from us can be dangerous to human safety if not used properly. We advise that you routinely inspect your equipment for any wear or tear which can occur over use. We cannot be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries or damages resulting from the use of our product.

We recommend to check with a professional before rigging your equipment, please take into consideration the dangers of suspending yourself from any height without inspection first.

Refunds

Returns Policy:

Due to the strict safety considerations with aerial equipment, our Trapezes and Ropes may only be returned to us by fault of a manufacturing error and must be in unused condition. We ensure all of our Trapezes are made to an exceptionally high standard however if there is a manufacturing issue please do not use your item and contact us immediately.

Like all aerial equipment, unfortunately Trapezes and Ropes do not last forever, over time they will incur general wear and tear and we cannot be held responsible for the maintenance of your aerial equipment. If you would like your Trapeze renewed we do offer this service. The fee will depend on what service you would like, for example the ropes, elbows, tape or cord renewed. Please get in touch and we will be happy to give you a quote for the price of renewing your Trapeze.
